The Process

Start your journey with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, to discuss your goals and answer your questions about the assessment process. If you choose to proceed, you will schedule a personalized clinical interview, complete intake paperwork, and fill out self-reported measures. An optional partner questionnaire is also available to provide additional insight. A $200 deposit secures your place and is applied toward your assessment balance. After your interview, you will receive a detailed, easy to understand report outlining your results, available resources, and recommendations. To ensure you feel confident moving forward, a post-assessment feedback session is included at no extra cost. Please note: Assessments are out-of-network and not reimbursable by insurance.

The most interesting people you’ll find are ones that don’t fit into your average cardboard box. They’ll make what they need. They’ll make their own boxes.
